The UiB has provided some tools
and services that should make the printing process easier.
The university has entered into an agreement with AIT
AS that will ensure a quick, reasonably priced professional
handling of the printing process - from the manuscript
to the finished product. This also applies to dissertations
that are either entirely or partly composed of articles
previously published..
Uniform
design
A standard cover and simple text template has been
designed in order to ensure uniform presentation,
good quality and a favourable price. There are also
reference handling tools like EndNote and Reference-Manager
freely available as part of the Campus agreement.
The University Library of the UiB will provide user
support and technical support for these programmes.
We would like you to send us the printing file and
the order form as early as possible in the process. Use the "send" function
in the form, or save it and send it to uib@ait.no.
To use the order form you need Acrobat Pro or
Reader (free). NB! Mac users should not use "Preview";
it does not support schemes or interactivity.
